Facility management
We have accommodation throughout the country that is SNF certified. That means they comply with the regulations for pleasant living. We think it’s important that you can keep in touch with your friends and family back home, so a good wifi connection is essential.
Need transport? We have over 200 cars running, some of them electric. To get you safely on your way, these are all new cars. Some of them are even electric or hybrid.
Need electric or hand tools? We can lend them to you too. That saves space when you travel.

Referral Bonus InAxtion – How It Works
When you work at InAxtion and refer someone to start working at InAxtion, you can earn a gross referral bonus of up to €1,000.
Steps to Refer:
- Inform your Consultant about the friend/colleague you want to introduce.
Referral Bonus Payout Summary:
- Payment 1: €250 gross – after 1 full week of work.
- Payment 2: €250 gross – after 3 full weeks of work (2 additional weeks).
- Payment 3: €250 gross – after 5 full weeks of work (2 additional weeks).
- Payment 4: €250 gross – after 7 full weeks of work (2 additional weeks).
- Total: €1,000 gross after 7 full weeks of work.
Conditions for the Bonus:
- The new employee must not have worked for InAxtion in the past 3 months.
- The new employee must work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- The referral must be made directly by you, not through an agency.
