Facility management

We have accommodation throughout the country that is SNF certified. That means they comply with the regulations for pleasant living. We think it’s important that you can keep in touch with your friends and family back home, so a good wifi connection is essential.

Need transport? We have over 200 cars running, some of them electric. To get you safely on your way, these are all new cars. Some of them are even electric or hybrid.

Need electric or hand tools? We can lend them to you too. That saves space when you travel.

Your rights as a temporary employee

We’re a member of the NBBU labor agreement for temporary employees.

Frequently asked questions

In most cases, we can only mediate for EU residents. The rules for applying for a work permit are often not possible due to the nature of the work. In some cases we can mediate exceptional profiles outside the EU. For more information, please contact a consultant.
 
Yes, we make sure you have a valid VCA certificate so you can work safely.
 
We facilitate in houses for up to 5 people with private rooms. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. Private accommodation is available in some regions. We also have a company car you can use, including a fuel card. Please note that there are cost for this
You will receive your salary every week. The previous week’s hours can be submitted until 12:00 on Tuesday. Then you will usually have your pay on Wednesday. Enter your hours via time (employee page) or send your hours on the InAxtion timesheet to dordrecht@inaxtion.com.
Referral Bonus InAxtion – How It Works

When you work at InAxtion and refer someone to start working at InAxtion, you can earn a gross referral bonus of up to €1,000.

Steps to Refer:
  1. Inform your Consultant about the friend/colleague you want to introduce.
Referral Bonus Payout Summary:
  • Payment 1: €250 gross – after 1 full week of work.
  • Payment 2: €250 gross – after 3 full weeks of work (2 additional weeks).
  • Payment 3: €250 gross – after 5 full weeks of work (2 additional weeks).
  • Payment 4: €250 gross – after 7 full weeks of work (2 additional weeks).
  • Total: €1,000 gross after 7 full weeks of work.
Conditions for the Bonus:
  1. The new employee must not have worked for InAxtion in the past 3 months.
  2. The new employee must work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  3. The referral must be made directly by you, not through an agency.
