As a Working Foreman Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), you will lead a team of electricians and technicians on site. You work alongside your team and ensure that all electrical installation and maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with oil & gas industry standards.
Responsibilities
✅ Leading and supporting electricians during installation and maintenance work on industrial sites.
✅ Performing electrical tasks yourself — including installation, cabling, troubleshooting, and repairs.
✅ Monitoring work progress, quality, and compliance with safety procedures.
✅ Being the technical point of contact for your team and coordinating with supervisors and project management.
✅ Ensuring all activities comply with safety standards (VCA VOL, NEN 3140) and oil & gas industry regulations.
✅ Working on shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance stops, and construction projects.

✔ Proven experience as Working Foreman E&I, Lead Electrician, or Electrical Supervisor in the oil & gas industry.
✔ In possession of a valid VCA VOL certificate.
✔ Knowledge of NEN 3140 and industrial safety standards.
✔ Strong technical skills in electrical installations, cabling, and maintenance.
✔ A hands-on mentality combined with leadership qualities.
✔ Good communication skills and a flexible work attitude.
✔ Availability to work on shutdowns, maintenance stops, or construction projects.
