Function description

As a QA/QC Inspector, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of technical work on our projects. You check whether the work carried out by technicians, engineers, and mechanics meets all client requirements, as well as relevant laws, regulations, specifications, and quality standards.
You’ll perform on-site inspections, support or conduct testing, and ensure all necessary documentation is available and complete—so that quality is not only delivered but also proven.
As a QA/QC Inspector, you don’t just spot deviations—you actively think along about improvements. With your expertise, you help streamline processes and solve technical challenges. You’ll work closely with multiple disciplines and play a crucial role in guaranteeing quality, safety, and reliability across projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspections, quality audits, and tests to support quality assurance
  • Performing visual inspections and approving work on-site
  • Drafting and maintaining Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Collaborating with clients during inspection moments
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of the quality management system
  • Organizing and leading toolbox meetings
  • Assessing and verifying material certificates and technical documentation

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • A background in a technical discipline (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field).
  • Experience conducting quality inspections, audits, and quality management.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., ISO, NEN).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Experience drafting and maintaining Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch or English.
