As a Foreman Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), you will lead and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation activities on site. You ensure safe and high-quality execution of the work and manage your team effectively.
Responsibilities
✅ Supervising and coordinating electricians and subcontractors on site.
✅ Managing daily electrical engineering activities in both High Voltage and Low Voltage installations.
✅ Monitoring safety, quality, and project progress.
✅ Reporting deviations and ensuring compliance with project planning.
✅ Acting as the main point of contact for clients, project management, and other stakeholders.
✅ Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations (NEN 3140, VCA) and industry standards.

✔ Proven experience as Foreman E&I, Electrical Supervisor, or Site Supervisor within industrial projects.
✔ Valid VCA VOL (Safety for Operational Supervisors) certificate.
✔ Knowledge of NEN 3140 and electrical safety standards.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
✔ Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus).
